Good Old Karachi 
My name is Zubair Abbasi and I’m a 3rd medical student studying in Ziauddin Medical University doing MBBS. I love karachi’s heritage and the significance it has seen my dada, then my father and now me grow plus the amount of involvement some famous personalities have had here its amazing. Thank you for motivating our young generation to look after and care about our cities legacy. Very grateful for all your contributions.
Amin Haji Karim has shown a superhuman effort to record and preserve much of the history Karachi. I remember Amin when he was in primary school at Saint Patrick’s. I believe he was in the same class with me for about two years.
I recall Amin doing very well in primary school. I also can recall his mother who used to come to school to pick him up from school.
I migrated to Australia in 1974 and currently reside in Perth.
Unfortunately, things haven’t gone well for me, as I am still battling the Federal Government of Australia for having supported its Commonwealth Agency assist organized crime to forcibly take over my intellectual property discovered commercialised as Zigbee, Zwave, and RF4CE.
My automated surveillance process enabled by world-first two way radio communication and sleeping devices taken by force in late 2000 appeared as Zigbee in 2002, and is being claimed by the Zigbee Alliance to give rise to the Internet of Things (IoT). Accessories proposed by me for my surveillance process, namely two-way radio based remote controller for sending commands and receiving status information back onto its LCD interface is claimed to replace infra-red remotes in consumer use worldwide. And, my proposed wireless panic button accessory has been claimed by the Zigbee Alliance to replace wired panic buttons
The attack upon my intellectual property has been brutal. At about the same period, 2001-2002 rampant unauthorised entry by the criminal group into office premises where I often worked on my computer conceptualising original concepts, obtained my prototype for an Online Directory for a book of faces with vote 4 me contest. This has been discovered commercialised as Facebook preceded by Facemash vote 4 me contest in late 2003.
An Astonishing discovery, was my Retractable Syringe solution incorporating a metal spring into the Syringe barrel was allegedly given to Thomas Shaw of little Elm Texas and to a self proclaimed gangster in Australia.
I have learned Australia does not like migrants who are innovators. As one put it, you shouldn’t come to this country and teach us. We teach you
some correct truths and as an ex st pats student from 1958-1961 in the cambridge sec,played in the 1st
