The first ever international cricket match in what is Pakistan today was held in Karachi on November 22, 1935 between Sindh and Australian cricket teams. It was seen by 5,000 Karachiites and was played at Karachi Gymkhana Ground. Australia won the match by an innings & 90 runs.
